1. General

These terms and conditions govern your purchase of products from NishiLoom. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ordering

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons
• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

3. Custom Made Products

All NishiLoom kurtis are custom made to order. This means:

• Each piece is freshly crafted after you place your order
• Production time is 7-10 days before dispatch
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Minor variations in print placement are normal for handcrafted items

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
• Payment must be completed at the time of order
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999
• We ship to all pin codes within India
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Size and Fit

Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We recommend measuring yourself or a well-fitting garment to determine your size. NishiLoom is not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer.

7. Product Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your NishiLoom kurti:

• Gentle hand wash recommended
• Use mild detergent in cold water
• Do not bleach or wring
• Dry in shade
• Iron on medium heat

8. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges. In summary:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached
• Custom-made items with specific alterations are non-returnable

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
