Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Attach clear photos of the product showing any defects or issues

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

Return the Product

Ship the product back using the provided return instructions

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • Wallets: 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Items with minor defects that don't affect usability
  • Items returned with missing tags but otherwise new
  • Cases where return shipping is customer's responsibility
