Since each kurti is custom made, delivery takes 10-15 business days. This includes production time and shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, as production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Currently, we don't offer custom alterations. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
